Father time dictates the offering of this Cruisers 4450 motor yacht. the present owner with the 90's approaching wishes to sell his cruisers which he has owned for 12 years. This Cruisers has been used on the upper Chesapeake Bay which is mostly fresh water. Hours on her twin diesels are less than 1000. The vessel will stored on land after being in the water this past season under a covered shed. The interior shows well with nice wood work and no evidence of leaks. The upholstery is good. Carpet is respectful but could use a shampooing. Nice compliment of electronic but dated. Upholstery @ the helm and the upper and lower lounges is good with no tears or rips. The top and enclosure are about @ the end of their life and will need replaced by next boating season. The top sides will require a good compounding and wax to bring back the luster or shine. Consideration should be given to having the colored hull painted. If you're looking for a 3-stateroom yacht under 50', this 4450 deserves a look especially with the $20000. price reduction.
